GROUP POLEDANCE LESSONS

In our Poledance Studio you always have the opportunity of joining a Level 1 group lesson, without any previous registration, only by buying a ticket or pass on the spot, before the lesson.

POLE STRETCH lessons

Unfortunately, at the end of the lessons there is only little time for stretching exercises, still we believe that they are essential.
All the moves, tricks and holds are much more beautiful if we have the necessary flexibility.
Even adults can do the splits, if they have the necessary persistence and determination.
It is much more difficult to make a complex and systematic stretching of the whole body at home than in a group, with a professional trainer. This lesson is only about stretching, for 60 minutes, with slow music.

On the Pole Power lessons we perform exercises with the help of the pole and a partner. These lessons prepare the body for the completion of pole-fitness elements, develop your balance, muscles and burn fat.

Classes are available at Dollhouse Poledance Studio in Wesselenyi Street. The classes are 75 minutes long, and can be visited just by purchasing 2.500 HUF one-class ticket. Any other tickets (5 or 10 times and Jackpot tickets) are not valid for these classes.
